Join me for this 6-week Transformation Challenge. IF you follow this program and proper nutrition you will feel the change. I will provide both home and gym workouts so you can choice which is best for your day! I provide motivation, nutrition ideas, some workouts & yoga on social media to keep you on the right track! Nutrient is as important as the workouts when it comes to transformation goals. An email will be sent on May 28th with the 6 week workout and nutrient guide along with links to the yoga classes.
