Welcome to my 8-week group yoga package. My goal is to create a relaxing yoga environment for you, one where you feel calm and inner peace. I work to explain all yoga poses so we all feel comfortable together. Together we can learn from each other to live a balanced and healthy life. Please contact me with any questions you have!

⟡ 4 Yoga classes a week ~ 2 Yin Yoga Class & 2 Flow Yoga Class.
⟡ 1 Breath and Meditation Class a week.
⟡ 4 Recipes a week. The recipes can be a mix of smoothies, salads, and meals.
